Ah, great uncle Reg of the eponymous Camellia ‘Reg Ragland’. I’m assuming you’re in the USA and I have no knowledge of what is available over there unfortunately. There is one UK nursery listing it, but I imagine exporting it would be prohibitively expensive once the phytosanitary hoops had been jumped through. It’s listed in the Southern California Camellia Society Camellia Nomenclature book so it may be worth getting in touch with them. Uncle Reg picked a good’n, it’s a lovely variety.
