Camellia japonica ‘Alexander Hunter’. The Camellia Register does not mention a variegated form of this variety, which should be plain red.

My husband’s great grandfather was Alexander Hunter. Is it possible to purchase a seedling. I live in Sydney.

A seedling wouldn’t come true to type and might be completely different. I’m afraid I know nothing about availability in Australia.
